What returns can I expect from my super with The Super Fund Co.?
Whilst past performance does not guarantee or represent future performance, as an example The Super Fund Co.’s growth portfolio had a return over the past five years of 13.14% per annum. The long term objective (10 years plus) of The Super Fund Co.’s growth portfolio is to outperform inflation by 3-4% per annum.

How do your returns compare to others in the marketplace?
On a general level, The Super Fund Co.’s Growth and Moderate Growth Portfolios have outperformed major industry providers over the past five years (please refer to our Returns page to find out more).
In terms of your personal situation, we can give you a direct comparison of returns with your current super fund. Just contact us, and provide us with your current super fund details, your completed Risk Profile, and your approval to complete a review.
What are the fees I will pay to have my super managed with The Super Fund Co.?

Who is the custodian of my assets?
HUB24 is the custodian for HUB4 Super and outsources its custody functions to sub-custodians who act as its agent(s). HUB24 has engaged HSBC Bank Australia Limited (ABN 48 006 434 162, AFSL 232595) (‘HSBC’) and Australian Market Automated Quotation (AUSMAQ) System Australia (ABN 53 062 527 575, AFSL 230684) (‘AUSMAQ’) (a wholly owned subsidiary of National Australia Bank).
Do I have options with regards to having insurance within my super?
Yes, you have the option to choose group insurance cover or a more personalised insurance option.
How do I view my super portfolio?
When you become a member of The Super Fund Co, you will be provided with a log-in name and password to the Investor Hub, which allows you to access your super portfolio online at any time, or via our iPhone app. You can also request a statement at any time from your adviser.
Who is the trustee who oversees my investments?
The Trust Company of Australia. The Trust Company has been around since 1885 and is one of the most prominent and respected trustees for super funds in Australia.
Where is my super invested?
Depending upon the model portfolio that is chosen, your super may be invested across a broad range of investment classes such as cash, fixed income, term deposits, shares, property trusts, managed funds, exchange traded funds (ETF’s) and managed portfolios. These portfolios are reviewed by The Super Fund Co.’s investment committee weekly, and portfolios are rebalanced/updated on a quarterly basis (in addition to your personal annual review).
How often will I hear from my adviser?
Once your member account has been established, you will hear you’re your adviser:
- Once a quarter, when we undertake our quarterly rebalancing/updating of the model portfolios
- Annually, when your adviser undertakes your annual review (either in person or on the phone)
- Anytime you’d like to discuss anything or ask questions.
How do I update my contribution details?
Once your account is established, we will send you information that you can pass on to your payroll department. If they have any questions, they are able to contact us directly.
